The Kamatsu Shadow Hunter is a modern soft bait designed in Poland by Kamatsu engineers with the goal of targeting large pike and zander. During testing, it also performed exceptionally well with catfish, making it a versatile and universal lure for various predators. The Shadow Hunter is distinguished by its innovative design, including a hollow chamber located in the center of the lure, which folds perfectly into the fish's mouth when it strikes, increasing the effectiveness of the strike. A scent attractor, rattle or small glow stick can be inserted into the chamber, increasing the lure's effectiveness both at night and in murky water. Its cylindrical shape, combined with four side fins, gives the lure a realistic appearance and natural action, making the Shadow Hunter particularly effective on high-pressure fisheries. The lure is equipped with a "mobile tail," which produces subtle vibrations in the water, transitioning into stronger pulses with more dynamic rod tip movements, effectively enticing predators to strike. The density and flexibility of the material ensure excellent action and high durability, making the Shadow Hunter a highly resilient lure, even after catching multiple fish. This is a real deadly weapon for pelagic fishing for the largest predators. For optimum effectiveness, we recommend arming the lure with dedicated Kamatsu heads, which work perfectly with the Shadow Hunter. In case of delicate strikes, we recommend rearming the lures with a second treble. The lure is available in two sizes: 21 cm and 25 cm, and comes in ten proven colors, allowing you to adapt to various fishing conditions.
