1 DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Administrator" - means Bogdan Gosztyła conducting business activity under the name KONGER Bogdan Gosztyła, address: 19 Warszawska Street, 05-082 Stare Babice, registered in the Central Register of Business Activity Information, NIP 5210333182, REGON 012664305, who provides services electronically and stores and accesses information in the User's devices.
1.2 "Cookies" - means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices through which a User uses the websites of the Service.
1.3 "Service" - means the website under which the Administrator operates the website,
1.4 "Device" - means an electronic device through which the User obtains access to the websites of the Service.
1.5 "User" - shall mean an entity to whom electronic services may be provided in accordance with the law or with whom an Agreement for electronic services may be concluded.
1.6 "Form" - shall mean an interactive set of fields enabling a user to enter data necessary for a particular purpose (e.g. contact form).
2. INFORMATION ABOUT FORMS
2.1 The Service collects data voluntarily provided by the User.
2.2 The Service may also save the information about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

3. TYPES OF COOKIES USED

4. THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED
